Reading for Pleasure Programme - Penalty Shoot-Out

Children from three local primary schools took part in a Spring reading challenge, enjoying local author Tom Palmer’s book ‘Free Kick’ from his Football Academy series. and then taking part in a penalty shoot out held at LFC’s ground at Anfield in January. We will be doing further projects like this with more schools later in the year.
