Fashion Reloved
Re-loved Fashion - Repair Week Project - Launch Event!
Come for the launch of our exciting new community-led project.
We will discuss why fast fashion is bad for the environment and chat about some ways we can all do something about it.
We will also tell you all about our series of seven fantastic free workshops which will provide participants with a weekly opportunity to learn basic sewing & repair techniques, and fabric re-love skills, which culminates at Repair Week 2025 in March.
On the night there will be a talk and some taster activities from Siobhan Kerr founder of Zero Fashion CIC, who is our incredible design & education partner in the project and weekly session leader.
For those who are interested in exploring new business opportunities we will also be including inspiration, support & mentoring to set up a repair, alterations or re-loved fashion business as part of the project.
Don't miss out on the opportunity to support sustainable fashion, make a local impact by recycling fabric and repairing & repurposing items from your existing wardrobe, and put new-found skills, inspiration & creativity into action!
