United by Food

Join us for United by Food, a new community project happening this May and June at Kensington Fields Community Centre.

These sessions are all about coming together to share stories, cultures, and our favorite recipes—whether it's a family dish that reminds you of home or a unique recipe from your heritage.

We're thrilled to be working in partnership with Asylum Link, building stronger connections across our community through the power of food.

The sessions will be led by the fantastic Kazem from Mr. Boy Cookery School CIC, who brings passion and expertise to every dish. This project is proudly funded by the Communities Together Grant from Liverpool City Council.

At the end of the project, we’ll be compiling all the recipes and stories shared into a Kenny Fields Recipe Book — a beautiful celebration of our community’s culinary diversity.

Do you have a recipe or meal that’s close to your heart? We'd love to hear about it!

To get involved or share your recipe, please email us at hello@kfca.co.uk or call 0151 708 9107.

Let’s cook, connect, and celebrate together—because food is better when it’s shared.
